

Katherine Chouinard
Katherine, a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri, joined Harris & Hart in 2017. Her resolute and methodical approach makes her a client’s dream ally in personal injury litigation and insurance litigation defense cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an associate at a personal injury litigation law firm, where she defended multiple personal injury claim cases, including soft-tissue injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths. Katherine also worked in the litigation process on claims for breach of contract, insurance coverage issues, and consumer protection. She has worked extensively in written discovery and negotiating settlements.
Katherine graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in May 2016. While in law school, Katherine interned for the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, The Law Offices of James Manning, PC and The Law Offices of Timothy P. Price, PC. Katherine received her bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of Kansas in May 2013, where she was one of 35 recipients of the Midwest Student Exchange Scholarship and maintained high academic honors throughout her education.
